            Founding member of the firm with over 30 years of tax related experience. Steve Orr is also a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Certified Forensic Financial Analyst, the first CPA to hold both certificates in Arkansas. Steve specializes in tax preparation and litigation support cases and has testified in numerous cases in Federal and State courts. He is the past Chairman of the Board of the Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce, Ar. State Tax Commission, Board of Education, and Regional Development Commission. Steve and wife, Sarah have two children and five grandchildren.

            Debbi Lamb graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Arkansas State University in 1982 and a Master of Business Administration degree from Arkansas State University in 1987. She has also completed the National Tax Education Program at the University of Illinois.  She took the certified public accountants' exam in 1982 and passed on the first attempt.   Debbi has been with the firm for more than 25 years. She is licensed to practice in Arkansas and Tennessee.  Debbi specializes in taxation and business consulting for small business with a concentration in medical practices and business valuation.
            She is a current member of the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Northeast Chapter of the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Valuation Analysts. She has passed the CVA exam and is a Certified Valuation Analyst.
            She is a past board member and Treasurer for the Crowley's Ridge Girl Scout Council and is past president of Jonesboro Downtown Business and Professional Women. Debbi and her husband Jerry have one daughter, Michelle.

           Angie Fegtly graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in May, 1987 and joined the firm in June of that year.  Angie is a CPA and was certified in April, 1989, and is also a Certified Valuation Analyst certified in February 2007. 

           Angie is a member of the Arkansas Society of CPA’s, the Northeast Arkansas Society of CPA’s and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.  She is a past board member of Junior Auxiliary of Jonesboro and is currently serving as treasurer of the board for Downtown Jonesboro Association.

           The primary focus of her practice is taxation and consulting with an emphasis on physicians and small business clients.  Future plans are to extend practice in the areas of business valuations and litigation support.

           Angie is married to Rich Fegtly and they have two children, Rachel and Hunter.
